2) The Red Zone: We get defensive, anxious, fearful, or want to escape
3) The Green Zone: We feel adaptive, curious, creative, and open to opportunity

I know because I’ve been there—as an orthodontist, practice owner, and mom.
I was told, “Keep pushing. Take more vacation. Just get to retirement.” For 8 years I did just that. Until I decided that enough was enough.
I sold my practice (and, no, I am not saying you have to do this!)
I reset, learning how to live my rich life now, reconnecting with my sense of purpose, and relearning how to be imaginative, playful, and connected.
Ultimately, I rediscovered how to be in my green zone more often and I can do the same for you.
My coaching isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about being a companion. Uncovering who you are—creating safety for your best self to come out and play.

Focus
Whereas therapy may go into trauma and childhood events, we may discuss them but will generally stay focused on present feelings and future goals.
Direct understanding
There is something profoundly impactful when you work with someone who understands what you are going through because they have been there.
Availability
If you have needs between our sessions—for example an office situation or matter than you need immediate support—I will be available on a daily basis.
Support and brainstorming
I am an orthodontist and have been a practice owner, and I understand firsthand what you are going through. Having worked in nearly every type of office setting, I can help support you through my direct knowledge and experience.

My coaching weaves together two approaches. The first is mindset work, which leans on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). In addition, I am a trained embodiment coach. This means relearning the language of the body—learning to slow down, go inward, and explore all that is there waiting to be heard. If you’ve tried talk therapy and felt like you weren’t making progress, you may find embodiment coaching to provide unique insight and faster shifts.

My best advice would be to get on a call together and see how you feel. Does your heart feel excited? All feelings are welcome and you will only know from beginning—talking to me, exploring my writing, and seeing if it resonates.

I offer a free connection call to explore your needs and if we are a good fit. From there I’ll present a plan with recommendations. Sometimes, I recommend a small number of sessions to get started. For others, I may recommend long-term coaching. I encourage you to be open about what you want and need.
The price is case by case, dependent on needs, depth, and goals. It is a 4-figure investment.
