About

Dr. Camden Brown

I am…

A mother of two magical, magnetic children

A former orthodontic practice owner who radically sold her office after 8 years to work on a flower farm

A coach with a deep desire to help others

A nature lover who listens to the whispers of the trees

An eternal optimist who believes we are all already whole

An explorer who loves to spice things up

A creative who enjoys getting lost

And, above all, a person who believes in the good of our world

My story

For years, I climbed a mountain I chose in college, driven by ambition and a mental checklist. I was a straight-A student, working tirelessly, stressing over tests, and striving for the best. By 30, that drive had taken me far—I was a Harvard graduate, orthodontic practice owner, homeowner, and new mom.

It was a beautiful life and career. Yet deep in my heart, I felt another calling—something I rarely slowed down enough to hear. Life’s noise kept me distracted, and I often thought, If I could just stop and think, I’d figure this out.

But the truth is, the answers didn’t come from thinking.

They came from feeling.

When I allowed myself to slow down, relax my body, and calm my nervous system, I dropped into my heart. From that quiet, grounded space came a clear message: Leave your practice.

So, with a deep breath, I did just that. In 2021, I sold my practice, moved closer to family, and began to reset. I worked on a flower farm, picked my kids up from school every day, worked part-time at a local office, and started following the whispers of my heart. Those whispers led me to coaching,.

Through this journey, I’ve learned that life is a beautiful, winding road. Along the way, we can pull over, reset, and check the map. We can take detours, explore new places, get lost, and eventually find our way again.

And the truth is—all of it is perfect.

It reminds me of my honeymoon in Italy. We stayed in Tuscany, where Fabio and Suzanne welcomed us each morning into their kitchen, doors open showing a gorgeous view of the countryside, homemade bread, and local cheese. Fabio would pull out a map, sketch a loose agenda, and always end with this advice: “The best days are the ones where you get lost.”

Those days of curiosity, wonder, and delight—they’re where the magic happens. When you slow down, drop out of your mind, and into your body and heart, you begin to remember who you are and what you’re here to do in this incredible world.
