About

Dr. Camden Brown

So glad you are here!

Here’s a bit about me…

I am a mother of two magical, magnetic children

A former orthodontic practice owner who sold my office after 8 years and then worked at a flower farm to reset

A coach with a deep desire to help others

A nature lover who listens to the whispers of the trees

An eternal optimist who believes we are all already whole

An explorer who loves a good adventure

A creative who enjoys getting lost in my work

A serious coffee lover and excessive intaker

And, above all, a person who believes in the good of our world

I believe that leaders deserve to feel grounded, fulfilled, and at ease—

to create a career where they feel whole and resourced

My mission is to help you achieve this.

My story

For Years, I Climbed the Mountain I Chose in College...

By 30, I was a Harvard graduate, orthodontic practice owner, homeowner, and new mom.

I was exhausted.

Every day felt like a race—

Rushing from home to work and back again, barely catching my breath. I missed key moments with my kids, felt anxious, and lived in a state of overwhelm.

The truth was, I didn’t enjoy running my own practice and I felt stretched too thin.

I loved all the roles, but not all of them at once—business owner, doctor, mom, wife.

By the time I got home, I felt like a shell of a person—emotionally drained, with nothing left to give my family.

I didn’t want to wake up one day with my kids grown and realize I’d missed it all.

My Perspective: I’ve Been There

I’ve had all the experiences:

  • Working as an associate.

  • Owning a practice.

  • Being an independent contractor.

  • Working in corporate environments.

Each chapter taught me something valuable about the challenges and realities professionals face.

My coaching approach is about slowing down and reconnecting to yourself—your sense of grounding, play, love, and connection.

It’s about learning to honor who you are right now while building a life and career that feels aligned with your values and nervous system.

In 2021, I made a decision: I sold my practice, and we moved closer to family.

I didn’t know what my path forward looked like, so I gave myself permission to pause. To reset.

You will never guess my first job after selling…

I spent time working on a flower farm,

picking daffodils in the soft morning light.

Slowly, I started peeling away the layers of stress and expectations. I let go of unnecessary tasks, reconnected with my emotions, and slowed down. For the first time in a long time, I felt present again.

Through this process, I began to rediscover who I was outside of orthodontics.

That journey led me to coaching. I wanted to support people like me: high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the pressures of “doing it all.”

I wanted to help others honor their nervous systems, build careers that feel aligned, and reconnect to their true selves.
