About my style of coaching
My coaching is born from my lived experience as a high-achieving, messy perfectionist with neurodivergence. It weaves together my experience with certifications in mindset coaching (MindValley) and Feminine Embodiment Coaching (School of Embodied Arts), along with my experience as an orthodontist, professional, entrepreneur, and dental practice owner.
My journey has been one of intense creativity and a relentless drive to succeed. As an orthodontist who owned a practice for eight years, I poured myself into my work, driven by the pressures of higher education—I went to Harvard for Dental School—and the demands of maintaining a successful career. On top of that, I'm a mother, juggling the responsibilities of professional work, parenting, and marriage.
For years, I found myself stuck in a mode of doing, constantly questioning:
Why can’t I seem to relax?
This ongoing struggle led me to explore the deeper reasons behind my inability to slow down and truly experience life. Through coaching, I found a space to reconnect with myself, bringing me back into my body and offering a deep sense of calm. Coaching allowed me to feel seen by another person. It opened the door to vulnerability and release, increasing my creativity and productivity by helping me find balance.
I’ve realized that the body holds profound wisdom—it knows what it wants, what it needs to release, what feels good, and what the answers are. We don’t need more to-do lists; we need to drop into our bodies, reconnect, and ask.
My coaching is about holding space for you, guiding you out of your mind and into your body. Throughout history, humans have relied on intuition, trusting gut instincts to navigate life’s challenges. But in modern times, we’ve lost touch with the natural rhythms of rest and action, of mind and body.
Perhaps, like me, you’ve felt that disconnection—looking back on life and realizing you weren’t fully present. You were in your mind, but not savoring the full experience of life. You weren’t pausing to take it all in, to play that game with your family, to check if you were still on the right path.
This work might sound “woo,” but it’s not. It’s deeply human. Science supports the mind-body connection, and its effects are evident in our health and well-being.
If you feel a tug of curiosity—a seed of a feeling inside that says, “Maybe I should explore this and see where it goes”—I encourage you to trust it. My coaching journey has led me to a place of greater presence and balance, and I’m here to guide you on your own path to reconnecting with yourself and truly living.
